When I first saw Nymphette I knew had to do a smokey eye with it but I had to go to work so I wanted to create a look that wasn't too over the top.  Can you say FAIL?  lol...  I don't know if silver is every work appropriate.  Oh well...  So this is the look I ended up with.

Ok so I had originally planned to do a FOTD along with this post but I couldn't help it.... I needed to share something with you guys NOW.  lol..  Evil Shades is a "newer" cosmetic line that prides itself on supplying edgy, unique colors at an affordable price without sacrificing quality.  It is described as a Punk, Goth, Emo, Rockabilly, Scene and head banger line.  It is a 100% animal cruelty free line and most of its products are vegan.  I have only swatched half the shadows I received but there is one particular eyeshadow in here that I am SOOOOOOOOOOO excited about so I decided to publish this post before it was technically ready.  Druuuuuuuuuum roll!!!!

Sooo the whole black gloss thing last fall got me interested but I never actually invested in a black gloss.  So this fall I am seeing opaque black lips!!  Yikes.  I admit I was intrigued but didn't think I would actually wear it out or even buy it.  So I went to check out Mac's Style Black collection and this was the first collection in a long time that I wanted almost everything!

I know, I know.  Its almost Thanksgiving and I'm posting Halloween pics but I wanted to share.  I've been MIA for so long that I have a lot I need to catch up on.  Anyway first look was an "I am going to a last minute Halloween party and I have no costume" look...  lol.  I had just bought a couple things from the Mac Style Black collection and Blue Flame mineralized eye shadow was perfect for a vampire-y smokey eye.  I used Blue Flame with the greasepaint stick in the crease.. super fast and easy smokey eye.  I hope they make those greasepaints permanent!!  I also wore Ruby Woo on my lips for the perfect blood red lip.  This pic is pre-teeth lol.  I swear I couldn't take a good pic with the vampire teeth in.

Heeeeeeeeeeey guys!!! Its been a loooong, long time but here I am with a really neutral look but I wanted to keep the eyes neutral so it wouldn't compete with VEGAS VOLT. Vegas Volt is looooooooooove!! So pretty. It is one of Mac's amplified creme (my favorite finish) lippies. It is described as a full power coral on the Mac website. I would say that is pretty accurate but I would say it was more corally pink... lol. It is a cream which I love. Absolutely no frost and no glitter. If you want to try an orange lippie that is a little more forgiving, do try Vegas Volt!!! I've worn it with Mac Boy Bait Cremesheen Gloss to tone down the orange. I've also worn it with Mac Dazzleglass Creme (LOOOOVE) in My Favorite Pink to bring out the pink tones AND Luscious Spark to intensify the orange. Vegas Volt is super versatile and surprisingly wearable. Okay this was supposed to be a FOTD and it turned into a review lol... sorry. Anyway this is a FOTD I turn to when I don't feel like thinking too hard about what to do with my eyes. haha. The in your face lippie makes up for the neutral eye. Hope you guys like it!!
