Hey guys! Let's kick this blog of with a giveaway! I am giving away the 1st edition of the 120 palette. As you may or may not know that these are available on eBay but this one was from BH Cosmetics. They are based in Southern CA so shipping was super fast for me. There are 2 layers with both matte and shimmers in one palette. Awesome way to try out colors for makeup newbies and the makeup addicts alike... i am in serious need of purples and greens (my two favs) but i also want to start expanding my horizons and playing w/ new colors and ways to use them.

I really need more teals, I was in a neutral rut and swapped away some of my colors. I didn't really have that many before, anyway. But I am craving a new kick in my looks! Smiling

I seriously lack bright colors....the brightest color i have is a teal from a L'oreal HIP duo. the colors i'm missing the most are blues, greens, and browns!

My stash is lacking oranges, reds and a bright purple. Why? Because I can never find the perfect ones for me. I always think it'll make me look like a clown, lol.

I have so many browns and blues/greens, but I don't have much of anything else. I could use the expansion to try out new things I've been afraid of in the past!

Well this palette seems to give endless opportunities to mix and match, and do some fun summer looks! What I am missing most from my collection are Yellows and Oranges mostly because the ones I have tried were not very pigmented and the matte ones were really chalky and kind of blended out to nothing, and Purples because a good purple is hard to find. I don't have a lot of pinks either mostly because pinks can sometimes make me look tired. But make up artists keep telling me Pinks would be good on me. I have medium toned sort of olive skin, with red tinted hair and hazel eyes.

i'm lacking a good matte yellow, vibrant orange, and a bright lime green color. i'm just starting with makeup so i'm in need of good eyeshadows. i would love to try the 120 out.
